Terms of Service
These placeholder terms outline intended service boundaries for Spam Dingo during early development. They are not final legal terms.
Service overview
Spam Dingo is planned as an email filtering service that can inspect inbound and outbound email traffic, classify potential spam or threats, quarantine messages, and provide administrative reporting.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate account information, maintain authorized access to protected domains, configure DNS and mail routing responsibly, and comply with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to send spam, distribute malware, evade security controls, violate privacy rights, or interfere with the operation of Spam Dingo or third-party systems.
Plans and billing
Published pricing, plan limits, trials, overages, and billing terms may change before production launch. Any final commercial terms should be displayed during signup or contracting.
Availability
Spam Dingo will aim for reliable mail handling, but no placeholder content here creates a service level agreement. Production availability commitments should be documented separately.
Limitations
Email security tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every malicious or unwanted message will be blocked, or that every legitimate message will be delivered without review.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, infrastructure, and commercial offering mature.
